Who We Are
The Get Back Foundation was born from a belief that every person — no matter where they've been — has the capacity to heal, grow, and fully return to life. We serve individuals in recovery from addiction with a model that doesn't just address sobriety, but restores every part of what addiction takes away.
We understand that lasting recovery requires more than willpower. It demands community, professional support, family, and purpose. That's why we've built a four-pillar model that addresses the whole human being.

Licensed counselors and peer support specialists provide one-on-one therapy, group sessions, and trauma-informed care to help participants heal from within. We treat the mind as the foundation of everything else.
Addiction fractures families. Our family support program guides both participants and their loved ones through healing, communication, and rebuilding trust — because no one fully recovers alone.
From resume building and interview coaching to vocational training and employer partnerships, we open doors to meaningful employment — giving participants the dignity of work and financial independence.
Nutrition, physical health, mindfulness, and community connection form the bedrock of whole-person care. We help participants build sustainable routines that support lifelong well-being.
